We have partnered with Fontana Unified School District and the United College Action Network, Inc. (UCAN) to bring the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Recruitment Fair to Colony High School on Thursday, September 21 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
With this great opportunity, we are expecting over 30 HBCU’s to be in attendance with many offering on the spot admissions, fee waivers and possible scholarships for eligible students! Due to this, current 11th and 12th grade students ONLY are invited to attend this event.
We encourage seniors to bring at least 10-15 copies of their unofficial transcripts for the university recruiters to review as needed. Students must register in advance for this event by clicking on the attached link or by scanning the QR code on the UCAN HBCU Flyer attached to this message. Please note that students attending this event, which is during the school day and on a school campus, must ride the school bus to this event during their schools assigned/scheduled time.
